Anyone wishing to serve those who have served our Great Nation so well first need to obtain a VA Form 10-7055 and then attend an orientation meeting before volunteering.  
    Purple Heart Members can obtain the VA Form 10-7055 by attending MOPH or LAMOPH Chapter 455 Regular Meetings or you can call or write to,
